Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop a management implementation plan according to the company's strategic plan, be responsible for the advancement of the quality management system, determine the company's quality policy, and achieve the quality goals;

2. Based on the actual product quality standards of the company's quality management, formulate inspection specifications for raw materials, outsourced parts, process products, and finished products, and clarify inspection methods, inspection procedures, and handling of defective products;

3. Grasp the key points of quality control, formulate operating standards for key and special processes, and assist relevant department personnel in implementation;

4. Strengthen internal and external coordination and communication, be responsible for the collection, summary and analysis of customer satisfaction information, and take measures to improve and perfect the quality work;

5. Follow the company's instructions, properly handle customer complaints, and strive to be fair and objective;

6. Process the product in time to realize the quality work in each process;

7. Take the lead in organizing the investigation and analysis of quality accidents by relevant departments, and put forward disposal suggestions to prevent the recurrence of similar accidents;

8. Ensure that the quality of the company can meet the needs of total customers;

9. Assist in the coordination of relevant departments.

Qualifications: 1 can understand CAD drawings, can use calipers, micrometers and other measuring tools proficiently; 2 work hard, motivated and strong in principle; 3 have hardware, steel pipe and stainless steel product inspection experience preferred; 4 be familiar with the inspection process and be able to follow the relevant Standard product testing.

5 Able to accept long-term business trips (mainly in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai)
