It has 8 advanced double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipe production lines, which can produce double-sided submerged arc welding spiral steel pipes with a diameter of 219-3820mm and a wall thickness of 6-30mm; one straight seam steel pipe production line, which can produce straight seam steel pipes with a diameter of 33-114mm and a wall thickness of 2.5-8mm. The annual total production of "Xinjingang" brand spiral steel pipes; straight seam steel pipes reach 300,000 tons. At the same time, the company has 2 3PE (three-layer polyethylene coating) anti-corrosion production lines, specializing in the processing and production of 3PE/2PE/FBE/2FBE/2PP/3PP anti-corrosion steel pipes, with a production diameter of DN80-DN3200mm; polyurethane insulation pipes: 6 high-density polyethylene insulation outer protective pipe production lines, 4 high-pressure foaming machines such as PU600, PU300, and PU200, 3 shot blasting machines, and 3 pipe threading machines. The annual production of DN50-DN1800mm, polyurethane insulation pipes; 2,000 kilometers of steel-jacketed steam insulation pipes. The company's products are widely used in gas and fluid transportation such as petroleum and natural gas, urban water supply and drainage, and heat transmission pipelines, as well as engineering construction projects such as roads and bridges, chemicals, electricity, shipbuilding, steel structure grids, machinery manufacturing, and construction piling.
